On Line Print Management System (OLPM) - In order to cater or the ever increasing demand for print management, IPG Print has designed our own On Line Print Management (OLPM) system.
Initiated in 1999 after receiving a state research and development grant it was one of the first available in Brisbane. This system has recently undergone an extensive upgrade that sees it as a market leader in print management.

Based on a standard Internet Explorer browser OLPM enable our clients to order their goods in bulk allowing for cost savings and then monitor, order and distribute their goods to any number of centres throughout Queensland and Australia on line. Simple to use, all products on the system are able to be viewed as a pdf, enabling the user to easily identify the products they wish to order. A range of reports for each individual product we have warehoused at IPG Print is subsequently available for viewing, downloading and printing. With our recent e-commerce upgrade customers are now able to track their orders, view “Real Time” stock balances and perform their own on-line proofing of basis stationery items. Accounts can also be paid using our Credit Card payment facility.

We believe our OLPM system is the most user friendly and cost effective way for the EPA to manage, produce, order and have their goods distributed. Of course faxes, emails and phone orders can still be accepted and processed without delay.
