IMPORTANT CHANGES TO OUR FTP SERVER PLEASE READ

We are currently running an active FTP connection. If you are using Internet Explorer you may need to make changes to your settings. In Internet Explorer click Tools > Internet Options and then select the Advanced Tab, scroll down until you find the Use Passive FTP and remove the tick from the box. Other client software should present the option to use an active FTP connection.

Using Your PC and Internet Explorer
PC users using Internet Explorer have it easy. No special software is needed to upload you files. Simply follow the steps below.

  • Go to ftp://ftp.ipgprint.com.au
  • Enter your user name
  • Enter your password
  • Hit "Log On”
  • Now Drag and Drop your files into the folders on your web browser. Drag files into “ToIPG” and
    Drag files out of “FromIPG”.

Using A Mac
If you are using a Mac you will need some sort of FTP client to upload your files. If you do not have an FTP client you will need to download one. We recommend downloading a trial version or Transmit from Download.com.

Consult the help menu or "read me" files for your FTP Client software to learn how to properly upload files to an FTP site. This will vary from program to program.
